United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms, the Site, or any services provided by Dulcimar Invest shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the UAE. By accessing this Site from outside the UAE, you acknowledge and agree that UAE law governs your relationship with Dulcimar Invest.

4. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
Customers using this website who are minors or under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. By completing any transaction or registration on this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including usernames and passwords. Dulcimar Invest provides professional advisory and platform services across the travel, tourism, hospitality, and global mobility sectors. These include Travel and Tourism Advisory, Destination Branding and Positioning, Safarway Campaign Strategy and Execution, Corporate Travel and MICE Solutions, Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships, Digital Content and Audience Engagement, Market Expansion and Growth Strategy, and Data-Driven Insights and Performance Reporting. All services are subject to individual engagement agreements confirmed between Dulcimar Invest and the client prior to commencement.

Dulcimar Invest offers five strategic packages. The Foundation Package at USD 25,000 is designed for organisations entering the Dulcimar ecosystem. The Growth Package at USD 50,000 is focused on increasing visibility and engagement. The Acceleration Package at USD 75,000 is built for brands seeking measurable commercial results. The Expansion Package at USD 100,000 is designed for regional and international growth. The Partnership Package at USD 150,000 represents a long-term strategic partnership model. Final scope, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed through a formal engagement agreement.

6. Payments
Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment through our secure online payment gateway. All transactions are processed in AED unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed via a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway and Dulcimar Invest does not store, process, or have access to your full card details at any stage of the transaction.
Once a payment is successfully made, a confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of transaction. Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules for their own reference. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.

7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a service engagement by submitting a written request to info@dulcimarinvest.com within 24 hours of the initial payment or agreement confirmation. Cancellations received beyond this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the stage of service delivery and resources already committed. Where cancellation is accepted, refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of transaction. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

8. Refund Policy
In the event that a service has not been delivered as agreed, clients may submit a refund request in writing to info@dulcimarinvest.com with full details of the dispute. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is approved, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow up to 45 days from the date of approval for the amount to reflect in your account. Dulcimar Invest reserves the right to decline refund requests where services have been fully rendered in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

9. Service Delivery
Dulcimar Invest delivers all services digitally and remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery includes strategic documents and reports shared via email or agreed cloud platforms, virtual advisory sessions conducted via video conferencing, and Safarway campaign management including content creation, audience targeting, and performance reporting. All deliverables and timelines are confirmed within the individual client engagement agreement.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site including text, graphics, logos, images, data, and software is the property of Dulcimar Invest or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without prior written consent from Dulcimar Invest.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dulcimar Invest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
